AuraME will not create protected member access from a raw provider sign-up alone. Ask your care team to activate the account you want to use, then return to sign in.

AuraME access is activated by your care team before protected member content opens. Once your access is ready, sign in and continue through onboarding.
Use this page when your member access is not ready yet and you need your care team to activate it.
Step 1
Use your existing care-team contact path and provide only the email address you expect to use in AuraME.
Step 2
AuraME access is not automatic. Your care team must connect your sign-in email to the correct local member record and Aura member record first.
Step 3
After access is activated, return to sign in. AuraME will guide you through the remaining onboarding and preference steps.
Step 4
Once the setup is complete, AuraME will continue into your protected member home, care plan, assessments, reminders, and messages.
If this is your first time, use your existing care-team contact path. Keep the request limited to account setup details, not clinical details.
